Car Games
Car games cover everything from careful physics puzzles to full-throttle stunt driving. Here you can tune a car for drifting, balance a fragile load over steep hills or launch off ramps in an open stunt map, all without installing anything. Most titles use the arrow keys or WASD, and the 3D ones run on WebGL, so a reasonably up-to-date browser is all you need.

From Drifting to Stunt Driving
Driving games in the browser have come a long way. Modern WebGL lets a Chromebook render detailed 3D cars and tracks that once required a console, while simpler 2D physics games prove that you do not need realistic graphics to make driving hard to master.
Drift Hunters is the pick for fans of car tuning and controlled slides: you earn points by holding long, smooth drifts and spend them on upgrades. Madalin Stunt Cars 2 gives you open maps full of ramps and loops to experiment on. For physics challenges, Eggy Car asks you to carry an egg over bumpy terrain without dropping it, and Drive Mad tests how carefully you can cross odd obstacles without flipping over.
3D car games are the most demanding titles in the library. If the frame rate drops, close other tabs, lower the in-game graphics option or try a 2D physics game instead. Using fullscreen also helps you judge corners and jumps.
