About Bad Ice Cream
Bad Ice Cream is a maze puzzler from Nitrome, the studio behind many beloved Flash-era classics. You play a scoop of ice cream wandering icy arenas filled with fruit, and your goal is to collect every piece while avoiding the roaming enemies. Your special ability is simple but clever: shoot out a line of ice blocks to wall off monsters or break existing ice to open new paths.
What makes it shine is cooperative play. Two players can share the keyboard and clear levels together, splitting up to grab fruit or trapping enemies as a team. Originally a Flash game, it now runs in HTML5, and on Classroom 6X you can jump right in without plugins, whether you are playing alone or with a partner.
How to play Bad Ice Cream
Collect all the fruit on each level while avoiding enemies like trolls, cows, and squids that chase you. Fruit often comes in waves, and a new wave appears once the current set is cleared. Press the action key to create a row of ice blocks in the direction you are facing, which blocks enemies and protects you. Press it again facing ice to break the blocks and open paths. Some fruit is trapped in ice and must be freed first. Plan your route carefully, since some enemies can break through ice or move faster than you.

Tips & strategy
- Build ice walls between you and the nearest enemy before going after fruit, so you have a safe zone to work in.
- Learn each enemy's movement. Some simply patrol while others chase you, and a few can smash through ice.
- In two-player mode, split the map in halves so each player covers different fruit without getting in each other's way.
- Use ice to trap enemies in corners, then clear the fruit around them without worrying about ambushes.
- Watch for the next fruit wave's positions and plan routes that end near where the new fruit will appear.

How does the ice mechanic work in Bad Ice Cream?
