About Basketball Stars
Basketball Stars is a fast arcade basketball game from MadPuffers, the studio also known for Moto X3M. Instead of full-court simulation, it focuses on intense half-court battles where every possession matters. You can dribble past defenders with quick dashes, pump fake to draw a jump, and unleash special supershots when your meter fills up, turning close games into highlight-reel finishes.
The game supports solo play against the computer and local two-player matches on one keyboard, making it a favorite for friendly rivalries. There are quick matches, a tournament mode, and unlockable players with their own looks and stats. On Classroom 6X it plays instantly in the browser, no setup required.
How to play Basketball Stars
Score more points than your opponent before the clock runs out. On offense, move toward the basket, use dashes to get past defenders, and jump to shoot, releasing at the top of the jump for better accuracy. Pump fakes can bait your opponent into jumping early. On defense, position yourself between the ball handler and the hoop, try to steal the ball, and time your jump to block shots. Filling your special meter unlocks a powerful supershot that is much harder to stop. Win matches to earn rewards and progress through tournaments.

Tips & strategy
- Double-tap a direction to dash past a defender, then shoot immediately while they are still recovering.
- Use the pump fake when your opponent crowds you; if they jump, you get a clear window for an easy shot.
- Release your shot near the top of the jump for the best accuracy, especially from long range.
- On defense, spam steal only when you are close to the ball; missing leaves an open lane to the basket.
- Save your supershot for tight moments late in the game, when a guaranteed bucket matters most.
